All payment transactions are conducted via JCC Payment Gateway or PayPal Website Payment Standard We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Your payment is secure, and we do not see or save your bank details or any personal payment information. We can also accept telephone orders and payments in our store.
Where do you ship?

Returns policy
Private persons have the right to cancel the order within 14 days. Send us an e-mail to contact@etsikiallios.com if you wish to return an item or order.
Postage as well as any order expenses in relation to returning the order must be paid by you. Reimbursement of returned goods will occur no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods by us and provided the goods are not damaged.
Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging.
